PRODUCT DETAILS

The column adopts Φ63mmx1.2mm round tube. The upper shoulder of the bed head uses a core-pulling CNC elbow, R110. The bed head can be split up and down into two parts. The middle is connected with a 130mm long plastic sleeve and fixed with 2 screws. The head of the bed adopts Φ25mmx1.2mm round tube for horizontal support. Two vertical pipes at the head of the bed, using Φ19mmx1.2mm round pipes
The main material of the bed frame adopts a 25mm×50mm×1.2mm thick rectangular tube, and the horizontal braces are divided into 5 equal parts and welded to the main material; the horizontal braces are 25mm×25mm×1.2mm rectangular tubes, and they are on the same plane.
The guardrail tube adopts a Φ19mmx1.2mm round tube, which is formed by a CNC tube bending machine; the height is 250mm, which is convenient for students to go up and down.
The climbing ladder adopts Φ19mmx1.2mm round pipe, the lower bunk is 450mm from the ground, and the height between the upper and lower bunks is 1000mm.
